Welcome! I’m Aysia Sharif, a retired Division 1 gymnast, certified personal trainer, and nutritionist. As a first time mom, I’ve been on the journey of reclaiming my strength, confidence, and well-being through fitness and self-care. Now, I’m passionate about helping other moms do the same.
With my background in elite athletics and a deep understanding of prenatal and postnatal fitness, I create customized, safe, and effective workout programs tailored to the unique needs of moms at every stage.
In addition to fitness, I believe in the transformative power of balanced nutrition.
